10-minute journaling prompts for new moms
Journaling can be a powerful outlet for new moms, offering a space to process emotions, navigate challenges, and find strength, especially as you grapple with the new identity of motherhood blooming within.
You also don’t need much time to stay connected to your inner voice... simply pick a prompt, set a timer for 10 minutes and free write. If you’re feeling especially worn down, you can record a voice note to yourself—bonus points if you’re able to go on a walk and process your feelings out loud!
